Upon payment, we grant you a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PCW Pro for personal or commercial purposes. This license is for a single user and cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Private Content Wizard only for lawful purposes. You shall NOT use the Service to:

Generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
Generate harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content
Spam or engage in any form of automated abuse
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Share, resell, or redistribute your license or access credentials

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using Private Content Wizard. We claim no ownership over your generated content.

4.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

The accuracy, quality, and legality of content you generate
Ensuring generated content doesn't infringe on third-party rights
Any consequences arising from the use of generated content
Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

5. Payment Terms (PCW Pro)

5.1 Pricing

The current price for PCW Pro is £199 for lifetime access. Prices are subject to change for new purchases but will not affect existing licenses.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your payment information.

5.3 Refund Policy
